What to Expect – Dungeons & Dragons and TTRPG Workshop (Grades 5-8th)
This summer, join us at Gunks Gaming Guild for a storytelling adventure through games like Dungeons & Dragons and other imaginative roleplaying games. Led by Gage Mags, each session invites kids to create characters, roll dice, and dive into shared worlds of magic, mystery, and adventure. Gage will weave stories of sword and sorcery as they guide players through a collaborative storytelling endeavor, where everyone contributes, and we all play to see what happens. Whether your child is new to tabletop games or already a fan, this workshop offers a fun, welcoming space to explore imagination, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. Grades 5-8th . No experience needed!
One character creation session plus three follow-up sessions — four total.— Character Creation: Monday, July 14, 1–3 PM, Weekly: Thursdays 1-5 PM (July 17, July 24, July 31), at Gunks Gaming Guild Cafe, 17 Church Street, New Paltz, NY
